Boop & Woof opened in 2025, founded by Alvin and his two close friends, Benedict and Nigel — three dog lovers who shared the same thought: our dogs deserve a place that feels like home.

Across daycares and salons, dogs were being managed — but not always understood. Busy didn’t always mean happy; stimulation didn’t always mean safety. We wanted something kinder, more balanced and intentional.

Boop & Woof was created so dogs could feel safe enough to be themselves. A place where every pup is noticed, guided kindly, and treated with the same steady consistency they get at home.
The Experience Behind the Vision
The Experience Behind the Vision
Alvin’s journey began in the Airforce’s K9 Unit, training patrol dogs in obedience, handling and real-world scenarios. The biggest lesson he took away? Dogs respond best to calm, patient humans. That philosophy still shapes everything here.
He later gained hands-on experience in grooming salons and daycares across Singapore. Today, he brings that experience — along with his SKC Class C Grooming Certificate and business management training — into every part of our care.

Meet Jun
Our Assistant Manager & Resident Furry Friend
Jun is a playful Goldendoodle born in 2022 — with a name shared with her human, Alvin, like in Chinese family tradition.
As our resident role model, Jun is steady, gentle and wonderfully patient.
She helps new or nervous dogs settle in, moderates play when the energy spikes, and teaches pups the art of calm confidence simply by being himself.
She’s the reason we believe certain dogs aren’t just pets — they’re teammates.
